I am starting to have a lot of calls going to Voicemail directly and there are even times I cannot call other people, their phones appear to be busy when that's not really the case.
Disconnect reasons given on the call logs for inbound calls going to VM are: Destination out of order, Normal call clearing, Unallocated (unassigned) number
I try *73 and *79 to disable "Call forward" and "Do not disturb" features on my OBI100 but the problem persists.
The System status said: Device is not online.
I don't remember changing anything on the settings. Why does it go offline and online again?
How do I fix that problem?

Please try this suggestion to get your line up and running:
Please try to power off equipment- modem, router and ata for at least 15-20 minutes and connect again after 20 minutes starting with the modem.
Try testing the line(s) after this- it should be ok.
If there is still an issue, I would suggest to to reset your ATA to factory defaults and reconfigure it as per FPL guidelines
If you have a OBI- please refer to the below:

I hope this helps.
Thanks,

Re: Inbound calls going to Voicemail
I tried what you suggested but it did not work. I reset my ATA to factory defaults and now the phone is not working at all. I can neither receive nor make calls. When I make a call, the other person can hear me but I cannot hear him. When someone calls me, he can hear me but I cannot hear him.

Please send me a PM including your telephone number and if possible screenshots in a word document with your ATA config and I will have a look.

Re: Inbound calls going to Voicemail
With Frephonline you get what you pay for...meaning no support. I got the exact same problem last week, got no support and moved to another provider. Thanks you Freephoneline!
