Area Code 204

Greetings!

I created an account with Freephoneline. When I try to register the software, I get a message that I cannot get a phone number in my area, that being area code 204, and Manitoba does not show up in the list of available provinces. Winnipeg is in the list of cities that are serviced by Freephoneline. Someone please confirm for me that I cannot get a phone number in the 204 area code at this time or perhaps this is an error. If a number in the 204 area code is not available, could someone give an estimate as to when numbers will be available. Thanks.
