Cannot conference on Fongo app

I have a corporate Bell conference number we used to do conferencing with.
Was trying to dial in from my fongo number today, it dials in the number all right, but when entering the conference ID, it looks like it drops first couple digits, and starts complaining about wrong conference ID.
Then it connects me with customer care, they of course connect me manually to the conference, but then the Fongo App freezes and I cannot cancel it, nor leave the conference - nothing until restart.

Is there something missing in my setup ?

I can confirm the Fongo conference system is up and running:

Looks like you have another issue, trying to call another conf call system.

If you have Fongo home phone, please refer to the FAQ below:

Please try that and if it's still not working- send me a PM with the telephone number associated with the account and I will have a look.
