Voice Mail w/ Obi Device

Post by pitcritter »

Is there a simple way to enable *98 to call voice mail with an Obi device? I have both a 100 and a 110 at two different locations. I know that I can dial my FPL number for VM, but I'm trying to raise the WAF a little.

By default, *98 is a "Blind Transfer" to the Obi. I know that I can change that to something available like *99, but then, I think there must be a change required in my Dial Plan for SP1 (FPL).

Any help is appreciated.

As you mentioned, move the Blind Transfer to *99. Then all you need to do is add *xx to your SP1 dial plan to be able to access it using *98.

Thanks. I found similar info on the Obi forums. Works great.
