I tested out freephoneline with my assigned number using a cisco SPA112 ATA. After getting it to work, I ported over my Bell landline number, changed my SIP user ID as instructed after porting complete, but now I don't get any incoming audio. Outgoing is fine.
Is there something else I need to tweek on my ATA configuration or is it a freephoneline issue.
Thanks
Albert

Re: no incoming voice
Hi, I have installled the SPA112 and I can call cell phones but no other numbers. Also I cannot hear anything- one way audio- the other end can hear perfectly.
I followed all the setup instr from FPL and how to setup ATA but no success.
Please force my registration as you did in the other cases, if that is the solution.

Same here too since today. My device (Obi100) is configured as described in both posts:shaoqinzhu2013 wrote:I am having the same problem with SPA112, can you PM me as well?Fongo Support wrote:Hi there, rocco wrote:Hi, I have installled the SPA112 and I can call cell phones but no other numbers. Fongo Support: If a setting is wrong in one of them, please tell me as I will configure my device to work properly with your service.
Thanks
UPDATE: 2 way voice works on incoming calls. Outgoing calls results 1 way (I cannot hear callee)

Re: no incoming voice
For OBI be sure you open the required ports in your router:
Allow Outgoing:
TCP Ports: 6800, 5222, 5223
UDP Ports: 5060, 5061, 10000 to 11000, 16600 to 16998, 19305
Allow Incoming on UDP Port: 10000
http://www.obihai.com/FAQ.html
The ports specified by FPL are for the desktop App they provide, OBI requires other ports.

Re: no incoming voice
Thanks but my other Obi works fine with other VoIP provider on another port than 5060 without port forwarding and FPL worked fine for months until yesterday.adit wrote:For OBI be sure you open the required ports in your router:

Still waiting a response form Fongo Support.

**UPDATE: I do some tests. *98 works (I can hear sound and navigate in menus). I call some numbers of Toronto, it works great (2 way voice). But if I call Montreal area numbers (where I call all times), I have only one way voice (other party can hear, not me). If I receive calls (even the location), 2 way audio works. Please Fongo Support, can you have a look at it? Thanks a lot.
