Help, Call will not go through!

Help, Call will not go through!
When I call from freephoneline number to wind mobile cell phone I hear this message saying "the number is not in service please check the number and try your call again", The good thing is if I call from my cell to the freephoneline number the call goes through. How is this possible? Tech please help me with this issue. Thanks

Looks like a routing issue. Please navigate to www.fongo.com and open a support ticket for this issue.
Once you have the ticket#, please send me a PM and I will investigate this issue asap. Please try to include all the details in your ticket- including the appx date and time of your failed call.

issue is fixed seems to be working fine now, call is going through on both devies fine! Thanks
