Phone not working after porting

Hi
I have Grandstream HT488 ATA and has ported the number recently. Everything was fine but now after porting the number, I can not receive the calls on my ported number. Moreover, when I call to someone, the other person (receiver of my call), can listen my voice but unfortunatly, I can not listen his/her voice. When someone call me on my this number, the call directly goes to voice mail.

I will appreciate if someone can help me how to fix this problem?

Did you update the username in the ATA when you were told that the porting was completed?

Yes I did. Actually, I reset my ATA to factory defaulty and then I have redone all.

In which case I would open a support ticket http://support.fongo.com/anonymous_requests/new ad also PM Fongo Support with the ticket number that you are given. He might need to check things their end.
