I am getting calls from phone numbers 00 and 100 in the middle of the night and no body is there when answered. Could you please let me know how to BLOCK them?

it's because you have port 5060 forwarded at your router. They are not normal calls, but a sip scanner looking for something to exploit.

The solution is to make sure that calls only come from your registered providers.

Although the ATA in this thread is not the same as yours, it will probably be a similar setting.

most likely you have to do some thing like this on that number which you don't want to received "!", i don't know much about this in the dial plans modifications.

But some exports will really help you in this situation for you.
