One way voice

I have Linksys SPA2102 which is configured with unlock key and works fine with an existing FPL. I have got a new FPL with its unlock key and configured the ATA with it. It works fine with the exception for the voice path from the other party to FPL. Here is the detailed scenario:

1- a call is established between FPL and B party
2- both parties talk
3- B can hear FPL
4- FPL cannot hear B

The problem is in step 4. The number I have is 1xxxxxxx. As mentioned above, when configuring the ATA with my other FPL unlock key, the voice works fine both ways. What could be the number with the new number 1xxxxxx?

Hi there,

Please review your ATA configuration against the below:

This will resolve the issue. If that is is still an issue after reconfiguration, please send me a PM with the telephone number associated with the account and I will verify at the back end.

Please do not post personal account details here- this s a public forums.

Thanks,

I am having the same issue and I did configure using the document referenced above. Could it be an issue with my account? I tested it with X-Lite and is does the same thing. I even tried another router.
