Just thought you'd want to know your service is having issues
Dropped a call I was on, and when I try to make a call now I get a split second of dial tone then nothing... (this has happened before... the usual issue).
Let me know if there is anything I can do to help resolve this - but I'm guessing I'll just be waiting for my phone to start working again......

Ok, I'll bite... so what exactly is causing the outages where the phone line dies after a second or two? It has happened numerous times since last Christmas (after much more stable service before that time). If often impacts large numbers of people. Your status page almost always says everything is fine......
So...? Any explanation? I'm not trying to be snarky - I truly like the service and the price is right - but if there is something that can make the service more stable (that I can control on my end), I'd love to know.

Hi there,
I have internet at my house with Rogers. Once in a while, we were loosing internet for 5-10 minutes.
Recently, I have changed my DNS servers on my wireless router as Ketan did and no more issues since then.
However, I already the Google DNS servers set on my wireless router.
Also, there is no disruption to my internet service when these issues occur (even did a speedtest and confirmed full bandwidth speeds at the time it was occurring)

Hi there,
In that case you should open a support ticket for this issue and have someone from FPL tech support team assist you with the issue. I suspect a issue with ATA configuration.
I have the same problems staying this morning. It up and down connect to the Server a few times already and I even I reboot the ATA and router. Still the same. I have not have any problems until today. If you can check to see what is problems.
