Hello all, anyone else having problems the home phone service today? havne't had any issues in months, but it's been out all day today. Incomming goes straight to voice mail, outgoing is met with no dialtone. Can't even login into the ATA, which in itself is very strange, however.... any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!!

Hi there,

There are no outages t this time.

Please try to power off equipment- modem, router and ata for at least 15-20 minutes and connect again after 20 minutes starting with the modem.

Try testing the line(s) after this- it should be ok.

okay, turned the power off for about 20 minutes, reset all the hardware and all seems well.
are you aware of any real reason problems like this occur, everythings been stable for months, even close to a year. Some sort of setting timed out, or just one of thos things?
