Hi,
I've sent several email to fongo customer service but haven't been responded
The problem is that more than 2 month ago being NOT SATISFIED with the quality of the Fongo home line service I've requested Bell Canada to port my number over and for past 2 month I am a customer of Bell Home phone.
However I found that I am still receiving bills from Fongo and my credit card has been charged for the time period I haven't used any of FONGO services.
Would you be so kind to explain a reason you keep charging me for a service which is not exist ?

Send a PM to Fongo Support (link in my signature). Include any ticket numbers you have from the emails you sent. If you don't have an ticket number, I would suggest using the first link in my signature to create one first.

I believe they must provide phone number. such kind of business is not based on PM messages
I have 2 tickets numbers and if they won't contact me until July 2nd I will call to consumers protection

I will investigate this issue on ticket#23931.
This ticket was not opened using the form that Jake showed you earlier- I had some trouble finding it.
Thanks,
