No Incoming Audio/Dial Tone SPA112

Hello,

I purchased a VOIP unlock key for my Cisco SPA112 and during a call I get no incoming audio, and also when dialing I hear no ringtone. I have configured my SIP device according to the recommended settings and have forwarded the ports on my firewall.

CIsco SPA112 F/W 1.3.2(014)
Proxy: voip.freephoneline.ca
Preferred Codec: G711u/G729a
SIP Port: 5060 UDP
NO STUN

FIREWALL PORTS

SIP 5060-5080 UDP
RTP 16384-16482 UDP

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

I have the same device SPA112, which I purchased a month ago and had been used without any problems since day one. But since Jun 29 evening, it just happened that only 1 way audio and rings. When callers call me, they can hear me, but I cannot hear anything voice. Same, when I call people, I don't hear any rings and voices from my handset, but they can hear me.

Are there something some from freephoneline setup?

I tried upgrade the SPA112 firmware, but it doesn't help.

Hi there,

We are really sorry for the inconvenience. Please follow the steps below to get the line up and running again:

Please try to power of equipment- modem, router and ata for at least 15-20 minutes and connect again after 20 minutes starting with the modem.

Try testing the line(s) after this-it should be ok.

Yes, after power off/on modem, router and the SPA112 device, it's working now.
