Problem with FreePhoneLine voicemail

Hello there,

I registered a phone number over at freephoneline.ca back in 2010. I cannot use the softphone because it is not compatible with the assistive technology I use on Windows and the Mac (I'm totally blind and I use Apple's built-in Voiceover screenreader on the Mac, and Non-Visual Desktop Access as my windows screenreader). Anyway, my voicemail is set up to answer after four rings, regardless of whether call forwarding is enabled or disabled, however it will no longer pick up. What can be causing this and what can be done to resolve the issue? I submitted a support ticket a while back but have not gotten a response. Also I sent a PM here on the forum to Fongo_Support and still got no response there either.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me! If I don't get this resolved by the end of this week I'm afraid I'm going to have to cancel my account.
