Phone line is down

My Grandstream ATA is flashing red and I have no dialtone with freephoneline.ca. I checked the fongo status page and all looks well. I have rebooted the ATA a few times and I can reach the web admin interface OK. I haven't touched the network/computer setup in quite a while now and it was all working previously. Any suggestions?
