Transaction on my Visa

There are three transactions of 56.50 Dollars on my Visa Card I tried contacting by email no one response to the issue Just wondering whom should I Contact to resolve the issue
I remember that I once tried to buy the Voip Unlock key for my Freephoneline no there are Transactions on my card But no VOIP unlock key in my Account.
