Hello, I am locked out of paying for the voip key as I mistakenly entered my credit card number with the incorrect billing address too many times. can you please fix this? It is very frustrating especially when there's no live person to speak to.

Please try to update the account with the correct information and try again after 24 hours.

Make sure your account has the same address on it as the credit card. Some have mentioned that the system can be quite picky when it comes to matching the two down to the flat number. I remember someone saying that had to put their flat number on the first address line rather than putting it on the second line where you would expect it to be.
You should be able to try again in a day or so, but if you want to get it faster I can only suggest you either try a different card, or submit a support ticket and PM Fongo Support (see sig).

address was the same, this is my dad's account. i was using my credit card, also used different card. it didn't work.

If your address is the same as your Dad's, it could be because the name is different. My guess would be that because the details on the account did not match the card (IE your name is not on the account).
