Linksys SPA 2102

[No IT knowledge]

Hi everyone,

I don't have IT knowledge. Please help me step by step to resolve my issues.

A friend configured the Linksys SPA 2102 for me long time ago. Since more than 6 months, I can not receive any calls (no rings at all). All calls were transferred to my cellphone automatically, even it was configured to be transferred after 6 rings.

I did a lot of research and have read couple topics in this forum, but still can not acces to the main menu to do the setup.

My first questions. What is the IP address for SPA 2102 and default username & password. I tried 192.168.0.1 but it did not work

Hi there,

From the document- at the top:

- Plug in ATA and connect telephone into back of ATA
- Pick up the receiver, you may or may not get a dial tone
- PRESS **** 110 # on the keypad (this will give you the private IP of the ATA)
- Type the IP into your browser if you are on same private IP range
- Once the Linksys page comes up, click “Admin login” then “Switch to Advanced view”
