How to buy a second VOIP unlock key ???

I have tried today to buy another (second) voip unlock key, so I would have a second phone number and then setup and connect phone terminal Port 2 .....so I would have a second phone line.

However, on "MY ACCOUNT" page, the only purchase available in the menu : TRANSFER PHONENUMBER
I did not see anywhere the option to buy another voip unlock key.
Under CONTACT, only emails, no phone number listed to call.

Maybe I did miss something ?

Do I need to REGISTER again as a new user and start from there ? Would a same email address + phone number work ?

You can't have two unlock keys for the same account. What you can do is unlock two different accounts, which would obviously give you an additional number for the second liner.

If this is what you are looking for, then just set up another account and then you will be able to buy the unlock key for that account. You will need to register with a different email address. I think you can register a couple of accounts using the same phone for the callback number, but if not you will have to find another, non FPL/Fongo, phone number.

--different e-mail address
--different phone number
--different credit card

You should be OK with the same credit card, and phone number. It's been a while since I last set up an account.

They don't mind you having several accounts so they don't lock you down too tight. The only reason you need a different email address is for the online login. Things have probably changed, but I remember years ago that a staff member said you could register 3 accounts on the same phone number. I'm not sure how true that is today though.

I just want to report back, that a purchase went through fine with using:

--different email address
--same name
--same address
--same credit card
