Can I port my acanac VoIP

I am currently using acanac VoIP service for home phone. Am I able to forward my number for$25? Or do I need a new number?

As long as your number is in one of the areas listed on this page (http://support.fongo.com/entries/228992 ... o-network-) you should be able to port the number in.

When you port in a number it replaces the number that Fongo has given you now.

Are you a current Home Phone customer?

Yes I have ordered my number to be ported and the $50 set up file for my ata.

I haven't heard back from anyone regarding the porting but I was invoiced for it.


It is a 647 area code which is offered. So you say it shouldn't be a problem?
