Dellvoice is no more, they changed it to just Fongo.
The only Desktop App Fongo has currently is with FreePhoneLine. I don't think your account is transferable between DV/Fongo to FPL so you will have to set up a new account https://www.freephoneline.ca/accountRegistrationStepOne

I did had Freephoneline before on my laptop but the app was loading and the window of FPL was disappearing that is why at that time when they start Dellvoice I went and toke an account and it was working OK
I never retry the FPL, I will give a try.
For the Dellvoice I will have to delete the account.

The current app seems to be pretty stable. The old one went a bit wonky especially with the dial pad.
Your DV account will work with Fongo now, so you can load the phone app on something if you have it and use that. You don't need to delete it, but that's up to you.
