Can I use windows app with the fongo account

I have tried to register the freefoneline with the same email but I got a second account. What I wanted instead is to use the windows app on my fongo account (as it was possible with dell app)?

They don't have a desktop app for Fongo (was DV) right now, and your Fongo/DV account won't work on Freephoneline. So unfortunately there is no easy option for you right now other than to sign up for a new FPL account.

I would have thought at some point they would bring the desktop app back to Fongo, but as of yet I have not heard anything. Sorry.

I think this is a waste of phone numbers as I will have to setup a FPL account and redirect the calls there.

I completely agree with you Chris, it would be much easier if we could switch between the various brands of Fongo - but because the way Fongo works it is not possible.
