Rejected/phone number is no longer active
Last week, I got an email notifying me that my phone number is no longer active for porting to Freephoneline. My phone number is still active and I've sent the invoice of my current provider to porting@fongo.com. I've received the "Thank you for your Number Transfer inquiry" automated email, which I didn't do anything with it. Do I just wait or submit a request from the support page?

It is on the list, the area code is 416.

In which case I would open a support ticket and ask the question there. The forum can't really help with account related stuff as we just don't have access to it. If you already have a ticket number then send a PM to Fongo Support (see sig) and ask them about it, they will be able to access all your information.
