Hi Support,

I'm a 3 years FPL user. It had been working well untill May 2013. I cannot get call now. I can dial out.

The router decided to poop on you. turn off the router, modem and ATA device, and turn them back on after 30 seconds, and see what happens.

What SIP Device are you on? I had a similar problem where I had to define the Outbound Proxy as voip.freephoneline.ca, and then set "Use Outbound Proxy" to YES (on the PAP2T) to get incoming calls working again.
