HELP: Outgoing calls ok, incoming are short beeps.

I had been using FPL for 2 months, and everything was ok, till last Tuesday. Since then I am not able to call my number 289-963-5387. Any call become a short beeps right away. It is not even routed to voice mail!

I did reboot voice box, nothing changed. Frustrated, I downloaded and installed a Win desktop application, it has the same issue. I am not able to receive any incoming call. I tried to call my cell and call back immediately to check NAT, still did not work.

I tried second Win computer at different location, and obtained same result. There is nothing else I can do, it is obviously not my configuration (since java application has none), there is something wrong with account or number.

HELP PLEASE :(

Thank you very much for support, issue was resolved.

Very nice guys from support helped me to identify issue and I spent 8 hours troubleshooting. Yes, I did everything you ever think about :), and I am senior network admin.

Key issue: strange bug in Netscreen firewall, which lives through reboot.
