Porting status

Anyone know how to best get in contact with freephoneline support?

I sent an email one week ago to support@freephoneline.ca and have not heard back. I also inquired through Fongo support and have a ticket# but have heard nothing from them either.

I would just like to check on my porting status. I know it can take up to 14 days, but I'd like to know that people are working working on it. I haven't heard anything whatsoever. Is this the typical experience from other customers?

I think you are going to have to be a little more patient. Fongo puts in a request as soon as it can, and it then takes time for the other party to respond, and some phone companies are a tad slow when it comes to getting their number ported out. Again, nothing Fongo can do about it. You have to wait it out.
