When porting in, will I get a notice of when ?

I currently have DSL service with an active phone line and I'm porting in the number of that active phone line into FPL. So my ISP advised me to get the date of which the number will be ported in and they will arrange my DSL service to be hooked up to dry loop that day.

Is there a possible way to know when it will be completed ?

Or anybody else had similar situation and had move the DSL service onto a dry loop before the port is completed ?

Sorry, I'm not sure as I have not gone through that process.

Your best bet will be to PM your ticket number to Fongo Support (see sig) and ask if you can get an update or estimate of date.
