comwave toronto number busy

Hi,

I am trying to call comwave Toronto number 416 883 XXXX from my and also from my friend's freephoneline but it gives a busy tone always. But when calling from a cell phone the number works fine. No issues with other phone numbers dialed from freephoneline homephone.

I edited your friends number, as this is a public forum and the crazies might see it

Also for this I think you will need to open a support ticket for (see sig for links). There could be a routing problem Fongo's end.

What does it show in your call logs?

That number was comwave's toronto access number, not my friend's number. In the log it says normal call clearing. sent pm with support ticket

My apologies, when I read your post I thought it said it was your friend's number.

I just tried it from my phone 7 times. 5 times I got a busy signal, the other 2 times I got a message asking for my PIN.

This would lead me to believe there is probably some congestion their end, rather than a problem Fongo's end.
