Weird Problem

Hello

I have Linksys WRTP54G 2FXS and my IP is Rogers. Since last week I have weird problem in my FPL, when I hung up after finishing talk my phone goes down and I have to literally re-boot the ATA few times to get a dial tone and some time just switch on the phone for 4-5 minutes before I hear a dial tone. I have tried everything but no luck and it is frustrating that I have to do this 5 times out of 10 calls. Is this my ATA or phone or my internet provider?

Any suggestions?
