Hi everyone,
Maybe someone around here can help me because people on the obi forums seems to be speachless about my issue.
Lately when i'm trying to call someone I sometimes have a busy tone for a few seconds and then I get the normal ringing
tone. I didn't do any modification to my router RT-N56U neither to my ATA OBI202. Anyone had this kinda odd behavior ?
I already rebooted my obi and router and that does not fixes the issue.
Thanks.

No. No voicemail at all. Voicemail is configured to be forwarded to my email address. More details : The busy tone does not happen before I dial the phone number but after.

If I understand this correctly:
1. You can dial *98 and listen to VM with no issues
2. You can dial any FPL or Fongo number for your home phone and it will work with no issues
3. If you dial any cell or Bell landline from your home phone you are hearing a busy tone
Let me know if this is the case.
Thanks,

Re: Odd behavior - Busy tone then ok
1. When I dial *98 I get a high pitch tone. I have a obi 202 and *98 is used to do a blind transfer.
2. I don't know anyone with at FPL or fongo number so i cannot test that and I'm not willing to blindly call someone I don't know.
3. It really happens for times to times I cannot put a pattern on this.
But my mother told me that the problem has not happened today so maybe something happened somewhere that fixed the problem. I'll put that on hold for now. If anyone else had that problem lately they can report it here otherwise I'll just put that in the glitch category.
