My original phone number porting order was placed on June 22. It was rejected and I provided the updated information on July 25. After that, I did not received any updates. So I want to check the e-ticket status online. But I have some difficulties to login.
I tried to reset password through the webpage (via PC). But I did not receive any emails with reset links.
Do I have to reset password using smartphone Fongo app only? Does that mean that I can not do it from my PC?
