what is the procedure to setup 3 way calling on FPL

This used to work on my PAP2T.

Assuming that call parties A1 and B2 are in conversation. A1 wants to bring C3 in a conference:
1. A1 tells B2 to hold line. A1 presses FLASH to get a dial tone.
2. A1 dials C3’s number then press #.
3. If C3 answers the call, then A1 presses FLASH to bring B2 and C3 in the conference.
4. If C3 does not answer the call, A1 can press FLASH back to talk to B2.
