long distance plan

Hi I want to understand something.

I had activated a long distance service over 2 weeks ago and I haven't have received anything from the services department. They gave me a phone number to call but it's not working at all......

How do I get this activated?

Not entirely sure what you mean by this. What are you expecting to receive?

What error's are you getting when you try to dial out?

I hardly understand the message but I have no plan as what I understand from that. I was expecting to be able to do some long distance calls.

my number is 438-338-xxxx. For the moment I am using the software but I am waiting to have my activation code for having my ATA to be set up
