I am experiencing at least a 15 second pause before an outbound call will connect after the number is dialed. If I press # the call connects immediately.
I am connecting with a Cisco SPA112.
My dial plan is (*xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)

This is the one that FPL recommends. When I was using just a PAP2T it worked perfectly.
