One Sided calls CISCO SPA112

Hi Guys,

My Sip Username is : 1xxxxxxxxxxx

When I call from the phone, the party I am calling can hear me but I cannot hear them.

but if they call me on my number everything works perfect.

I have a Cisco SPA112 and I followed all the settings in the "Linksys ATA Configuration walk_v2_08_04_13" and also have put the device in the DMZ and still no success.

I have setup the same device before and had the similar problem, and the support told me that the device was not registered properly and they had to manually register it.

Please what was the fix for this problem

i had same problem, fixed by changing router to trendnet. my d-link 615 was horrible.
