My Freephoneline stop working

Post by slammer »

Hi FPL Support,
My freephoneline stop working from yesterday. In Freephoneline.ca, my account show "SIP Status: disconnected", PAP2 shows "Registration State: can't connect to login server".I have tried rebooting the device several times with no luck. Can anyone help me out? The current ATA setting have not been change since original setup and have worked since.

Thanks
Eddie

Eddie,

I experienced this two day ago and as a shot in the dark, i used sip.fongo.com as the server. it appears to work for now but should really be at the voip.freephoneline.ca as per the official setup guide. I may not work immediately as it i left it overnight and check in the morning and ata became registered. No other setting changes were made, all setting remained the same as they were before issue.

Hi there,

Thank you so much for providing the details.

I can confirm that the servers are online and operational.

Perhaps the issue was caused by the Techsavy outage.

You might want to check- looks like that could be the root cause.

Thanks,
