Yesterday I received the PM, and as indicated in the instructions installed it,
but the phone does not work.
What should I do what the phone works?

Thank you so much
I did everything as mentioned, there was the sound of the phone and the green light on the PM, but when I start ringing voice on the phone says "this account number is not valid".
What should I do next that the phone works?

This could be related to how your phone number or password were entered. one thing you can verify is that when putting in the phone number, you make sure to put in the 11 digit number (the 1 before the area code).
when putting in your sip password, try to copy paste it into the search bar in your browser (to make sure there are no blank spaces) and then paste into the field needing it on the modem telephony settings.
Double check to make sure you are using the correct sip server information in the advanced configuration settings.
Last thing to double check is that the "Enable" is selected.
