Request #32490 "THIS ACCOUNT IS ALREADY IN USE" created

I had made a conference call between two parties over 5 minutes ago. When I hang up all I get is this message that "This account is already in use".

I CANNOT make or receive calls until you fix this, or your system times out. This is not acceptable in any way shape or form. :cry: :oops: :evil:

This has been resolved. Not sure if it timed out or one of the support tickets/PMs were answered, or if it was because I disconnected the ATA for a bit, or somehow the system got smart.

Very inconveniencing. I'd rather pay a bit of money to have 4 channels so this NEVER EVER happens again. Two channels is not enough when systems can have issues.
