I have 2 questions:
1. What happens whne voip is down from PHL server? All calls goes directly in voice mail
2. What happens when voip is down from PHL server, but the follow me is activated? It goes in voice mail or to follow me number

1) If your line is not registered (connected to our servers) and you have no follow me number enabled, it should go directly to VM.
2) if the follow me is activated, it will the call will be routed according to the follow me settings you have set-up
