Hello,
I have opened UDP ports 13000, 13001, 5060, 5061, 6060 and 6061, but my softphone is still not working. When testing the connection it shows that "Call Service is OK", but "Data Trasfer: NONE" (screenshot attached). What can be causing this problem?
By the way, i have opened a support inquiry (#32548), but i'm not sure anybody is even looking at those tickets...
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the Desktop app- 3.2.7.0
That will resolve the issue
Let me know.

Can you please ensure that you are not logged in into the ATA or Csip simple while you are testing this.
Thanks,

Re: Softphone not working despite open ports
I'm pretty sure this is not the problem, because i was able to call with CSipSimple and the Softphone on other WIFI networks that don't have the firewalls. The problem is with the network that does have the firewall but has UDP ports 13000, 13001, 5060, 5061, 6060 and 6061 open.Fongo Support wrote: Can you please ensure that you are not logged in into the ATA or Csip simple while you are testing this.
Is there a way to troubleshoot which ports are still missing?
Thanks.
