What is the number to the "Call Center" to make a purchase?
The website won't accept my purchase (to transfer a number). It tells me:
"Error: IP country match invalid. Please call the Call Center to make a purchase."
How do I call the "Call Center"? The fongo # only have a voicemail and tells customers *NOT* to leave a message.

I sent you a PM, and replied to the email for the support ticket, and since then I haven't heard any response.
All I want to do is pay for a # transfer. I don't understand why it's so difficult. If I need to "call the Call Center" to sort this out that's fine, all I need is the #.

Hi Grant, FPL and Fongo do not have "call centers", all support is done online.

customers who had signed up for DSL services will still receive that support (and is a big reason why i am still on the forums as i tend to be the one they would speak with should issues arise with their DSL services.

Re: What is the number to the "Call Center" to make a purcha
Mike, I think the point that Grant is trying to make is - When the world credits payment did not go through, why is there a message telling people to call the Call Center, when there is no number to call?FONGO_mike wrote:customers who had signed up for DSL services will still receive that support (and is a big reason why i am still on the forums as i tend to be the one they would speak with should issues arise with their DSL services.
Wouldn't it make more sense for the error message to instead say to "Click here to open a support ticket"?
I know there is a number to call for other reasons, but if there isn't one allocated to call when a payment doesn't go through, then that error message should really be changed.

Thank you very much for your suggestion, this has been passed to the dev team.
On another side of things- I have replied to the user on PM and on the ticket twice and I have received no feedback. I was under the impression that this is urgent and needs to be resolved asap.
Perhaps it was not urgent. Hopefully he will answer soon.
Thanks,
