NO Fongo at certain public places

The problem I'm having is that my fongo gets disabled at certain public libraries.

I am wondering if this is a Fongo setting or a Library blocking policy.

For example I get fongo once I connect to the Vancouver public library wifi, however the same is not true for the Burnaby library network.

If anyone knows a trick to get around this nuisance let me know.

It is probably the library blocking ports so VoIP won't work. There isn't really much you can do about it unfortunately.
