Issue setting up 911 service

I have just signed up for a FreePhoneLine.ca account and cannot complete the 911 information form. When I enter in my postal code it correctly fills in my city name, etc, however my street name is not listed.

I created a support ticket under the desktop app (no category for 911 or sign up problems) since that is what I was trying to add to my account. This only resulted in an email stating that there is no support for this product and my ticket was closed.

Hopefully there is someone monitoring this forum who can fix this problem or at least direct it to the proper department.

PM the ticket number to Fongo Support (see sig) and they should be able to help you.

Yes they got back to me at the start of the next business and resolved it quickly.
