Error When Porting Number

Hey, I tried to pay for SIP configuration, number transfer and world credit but then I got a error on the payment page.

I had FreePhoneLine.ca services a few years back with the same number but I had to close my account, now I'm trying to transfer back my number with another email address.

This is my error:

Error: inserting svc_ (transaction rolled back): duplicate phone number 1 9054770109: conflicts with svcnum 246447 via exportnum SELF

Please Help

This isn't something that can be fixed on the forum, sorry.

Your best bet will be to open a support ticket (see sig) and Fongo Support should be able to help you.
