I can not receive incoming calling recently

I can not receive incoming calling recently
Hi,
I have a unlocked freephoneline ported number. It has been worked for a few months.
Then suddenly I could not receive any incoming calls. When I called the number of my
freephoneline account, it says "the person you are calling is not available...", then went
to the voice message. I have tried changing the proxy to "voip2.freephoneline.ca", powering
off, disabling the sunt server. nothing helped. Attached is my settings for Linksys PAP2.

I ave investigated and it looks like ATA is not setup properly. Please ensure that device is setup exactly as per the document attached.

I followed every steps from the document, it did not work first. Then I configured the other port, this time is a charm.

One thing in noticed that registry expiry was set to 180 and should be 3600.

Hi,
The phone line stopped to receive incoming calls again. I did not change the settings.
I noticed there was a server maintenance yesterday. I did unplug the power a few times.
It did not help. I got the voice "The person you were trying to reach is not available" .
Attached is my settings.

Solved by disable the "follow me options" in https://www.freephoneline.ca/followMeSettings.

Why do you have to disable Follow me option? I need that option to route to my mobile phone if the landline is not available.

Anyway, i tries disabling follow me options but it didn't work for me. In ATA setting, it say can't connect to login server. Any help is greatly appreciated..thanks!
