Tonight around 8pm there will be work done on the voip.freephoneline.ca server. This work should not effect your ATA. (http://status.fongo.com/)

IF YOU FIND THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE REGISTRATION, please first power down your ATA, wait 5 minutes and then power it back up BEFORE posting that the service is down.

We will be performing maintenance on voip.freephoneline.ca from 8:00PM-10:00PM EDT on Tuesday September 3rd. We do not expect this to be service affecting however if you experience a problem, please power-cycle your ATA.

My ATA can't connect to login server today. I tried power cycle the ATA and waited more than 5 mins but the same issue. Appreciate your help to resolve my issue.

Hi there,

Your ATA failed to login to the server even before maintenance.

This issue indicates a miss configured device.

Once you are configured correctly and as per FPL guidelines, it should work.

Please review your config and should work.

Hi! It was working all the time before and I didn't change any setting on my ATA. It was even working at noon time today. We only noticed it's no longer receiving calls in the afternoon when our friend is trying to contact us.

Just discovered that Line1 of my ATA is busted. I tried Line2 and it is now working.
