No incoming sound

Hello,
I have no incoming sound. Outgoing sound is OK, ring is OK.
According to the forum, techy should re-register my account at FPL server.
Please don't close a ticket.

Actually, I received email that said "This ticket will now be closed"
Why???

I have just returned from vacation and am also having the exact issue. No incoming audio. Nothing has changed on my end, and I have powered down ATA. Device registration is fine.
