SIP/2.0 401 Unauthorized

[SIPPing]

"SIP/2.0 401 Unauthorized" is the message I get when I try to connect via Linphone (for windows phone).

I was previously able to connect and make calls for the last 3 weeks. My pap2 can still connect so I know it's not an account issue.

Is freephoneline banning the Linphone user agent? Any ideas why freephoneline is suddenly refusing my connection?

If it is trying to register too fast they might be blocking it. Make sure the registration times are within their parameters. http://support.freephoneline.ca/entries ... redentials

The other thing I would check is the username and password (password in particular) as it might be you have entered them wrong. il10oO can look all very similar in some fonts. Paste them into notepad (or as Mike suggests a browser) as it will make them easier to read.

The only thing I recall them blocking is the Asterisk useragent, but I have since that has been allowed although I have not tested it.

You may want ot check your registry expiration times and make sure you are configured 100% to the settings Fongo lists.

You might want to try another app. Customers using Csip simple with no issues.
