Bell landline number porting successful

Post by zgnomis »

Tonight my Bell landline number stopped working. However my freephoneline number has not been changed to my Bell number. I tried to change my SIP URI, Username and Abbreviated number in my SpeedTouch 780 to by bell number but got an error message when call out or call in.

Please advise the correct porting set up on SpeedTouch 780.

Thanks a lot.

Why did your Bell landline stop working?
Did you call Bell and cancel your service?

Might have been Bell released the number to us after our office hours so no one was here to program it into our system (this doesn't happen very often) - I have Kris on this right now.
