Hi,
My voice mail stutter tone and message waiting light are always on. If I turn the voice mail notification off on the Obi202, configure voice providers, SP2, which is a freephoneline.ca account, then the stutter and light go off. But then, I have no indication either.
All other service providers remain unchecked.
Any suggestions?

save, unplug for 1 Minute plug again.
From time to time, make sure both boxes are empty.
works for me.
